Returns & Refunds

Because each item is personalised and printed/made just for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once processing has started.

If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered — email hello@littlenomi.sg within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo, and we'll make it right with a reprint or a refund.
